Technical report and preventive maintenance support

All the reports of work and activities made during maintenance, repairs and emergency calls, carried by the maintenance company of your elevator.

Certificate of inspection

Single annual document that guarantees the proper functioning of each elevator in your building, issued by companies approved by the ONAC, according to the NTC 5926-1 standard.

Protection protocol in case of emergency

Instructions which provide adequate information so you know what to do in case of an emergency.

Instruction for use, warning and precautions

Signals and instructions to users on the proper handling of the elevator, as well as restrictions to avoid causing any damage.

Procedure in case of maintenance or repairs

Action plan at the time the non-operation of the lift is indicated, due to repairs or maintenance and users are informed.

Annual maintenance schedule

Calendar of the programming and record of the maintenance carried out monthly on your elevator.

Emergency stop and start switch

Important elements that must be incorporated in the lift to manually or remotely stop or activate the machine when an emergency arises.
